From the get go, TeamDesk is highly intuitive and features a clean, tab-based interface. Colors can be easily adjusted to fit within your corporate look.
There are over 25 applications, from lease management to lease tracking, press release management and even recruitment. Those applications function as
templates that can be customized. We especially liked how easy it was to add, change or reorder information fields within an application.

User management is just as simple: you can create user types, add several users with the same access rights and have TeamDesk invite them automatically.
Email notification is another well-thought-out feature in the system: it goes beyond the basic email notification on system changes. Users can setup filters
and conditions upon which to send email notifications, as well as who to send the notification to.
From the data import/export point of view, we were thrilled how easy is was to import data: by browsing to a comma separated (.CSV) or tab separated (.TSV)
files, or by simply copying and pasting spreadsheet data. TeamDesk will then let you decide which fields to associate your data to.
