When it comes to customer relationship management (CRM) or sales force automation (SFA), the key to success is a good system that can be relied on. Choosing SalesJunction gives sales and customer service teams a highly comprehensive system that will support them every step of the way.
The key word with SalesJunction is detail. The system provides a wealth of information detail to the users, and if SalesJunction's creators have not thought of everything, they have designed a way to add it to the system. We especially liked the reports, administration settings and user-defined interface.
In SalesJunction, everything is ultimately connected to an account, be it a task, notes, opportunities, contacts or cases. From this data views can be organized, reports can be produced and happy customer groups can grow! Practical email reminder are attached to all action items, so even if users are not connected to the system, they are advised when they need to contact someone, for example.
Reports are truly well designed and easy to use. Although basic settings and reports are already available to users, more can be created using SQL queries. Reports can also be scheduled to run at preset intervals and emailed to one or several recipients. In fact, existing reports are setup in such a way that a manager can know everything and anything that has happened in the system.
For system administrators, SalesJunction is a customizing dream! Everything can be changed within the administration interface, from color schemes to logos to available menus and of course data fields, users, and customers. Information pages, such as the Account information page, can even be customized in a convenient editor - so there is no need to know about database coding.
On the sales side, detail and flexibility are of course maintained. Contact lists can be imported in CSV format. Lead data can be automatically redirected from a form on your web site to SalesJunction. Remember these great emails that arrive without delay 1, 3 or 7 days after filling out a contact form? This is how they do it: SalesJunction's very interesting follow-up email feature permits sending leads messages a preset intervals. These messages can be customized to the lead and even be cc'ed to the sales person so they can do their own follow-up by phone.
From the user interface point of view, SalesJunction's creators have once again delivered on details and flexibility, without compromising system performance or ergonomics. Basic views - the appearance of the main section of the system - are comprehensive and display basic information. For users who would like to tweak the appearance of SalesJunction, new views can be created, using filters, sort commands and showing/hiding columns. These views can even be shared with other users!
SalesJunction is an impressive system that will work well as it is. For the advanced user looking for a system to make their own, SalesJunction is even better.
