Hence a Web TimeSheet is very flexible in how each user's salary, overtime and holiday allocations are defined.
We especially appreciated the international holiday and currency features; so Canadian contractors have their Canadian holidays accounted for, while personnel in the United Stated have theirs.
We found the overtime rules to be on the same level, where system administrators can setup very sophisticated rules for overtime, along with the wage factor, so a person's true cost on a project is computed, taking into account daily hours, weekly hours and even the number of consecutive days worked.
All forms in Web TimeSheet can be customized to include extra fields to suit each organization's data sets.
Reports in Web TimeSheet are impressive: from pivot reports where data is represented in a convenient graphic, to regular reports on pretty much and system parameter, project managers know what is going on with the project's finances.
The ProMax module, and add-on to Web TimeSheet, is an impressive productivity-analysis tool. Reports in ProMax let you single out profitable projects easily, based on your defined goals. It is definitely worth a try!
Of course, from the user point of view, the experience is just as painless: simply log in, enter your hours and expenses, and then log out. This level of effectiveness is the perfect way to ensure the system will not only be used, but also liked by its users.
Overall, Web TimeSheet is a highly effective and customizable, yet surprisingly user-friendly time and expense tracking system.
