Elementool is a flexible and user-friendly bug and defect tracking software. End users fill in their bug reports, then assigned developers / bug trackers
can solve it.
Flexible Bug Tracking
However, Elementool's biggest advantage over all the bug tracking tools out there is its flexibility: the issue reporting form can be completely customized,
including field names (for example Operating system) and the actual values or choices available (for example IE, Netscape or Opera) for the field. This
means the form is 100% tailored to what each company needs to know from its end users, not what the designers thought their customers would want to know.
All pages in Elementool's system also offer a printer-friendly version.
Report and User Access Administration
Two interesting tools are the report and user access administration sections. The report section lets the user pick and choose the parameters for the report
easily. The user access section gives a lot of flexibility as well, enabling different access rights groups to fit the users' needs and requirements.
Elementool also enables the customers to submit issues directly from their website without the need to login by generating an HTML form for the customer
to place on her website.
